The spacious room offered a nice view, and cleanliness was consistent. The pool area was relaxing. however, the food was disappointing. Many dishes were lukewarm and felt repeated from previous meals, lacking the fresh cooking options typically expected from a five-star hotel. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate special requests, which made the stay better.

Recommend it for families looking to relax

The food was surprisingly good, especially the quality of the dishes served at dinner! We had this wonderful experience where the kids loved the reptile show near the pool. It was interactive and kept them entertained for hours, while I was able to finally sip that cold drink by the poolside!

It was a bit pricey for what we got, but still manageable.

Huge rooms, lovely staff, great food.

The food was of excellent quality and catered for all needs. I enjoyed the live music nightly, and the bar area was lively and friendly. The pools were nice, and I spent time reading while soaking up the sun. I took a short trip to a nearby town that had many shops worth visiting.

Room cleaning could have been better, as some items were not replaced or refilled. The gym was small and limited in equipment.

We enjoyed our stay! The family room was spacious and well-kept. The indoor pool was a nice feature for kids. The buffet had great traditional dishes too! If back, I'd choose this place again.

We had a pretty good time here! The pools were lovely and the restaurant offered tons of tasty options. Staff was super friendly and attentive, which made our stay better. Just wish the WiFi worked in the rooms and not just the lobby—kinda annoying for a place that claims to be five-star. Overall, comfy vibes!

I loved my spacious two-bedroom suite with sea views! The kids club kept the little ones entertained and gave us some much-needed relaxation. Every meal was delicious with countless food options that changed daily, definitely something to write home about!

Had an awesome time with friends! The large pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the activities offered, like tennis and archery. Two nearby spots we enjoyed for their unique scenery were the stunning coastline and the new Algarve International Circuit. Overall, a great experience!

I absolutely loved the elegant decor throughout the hotel, especially the bright and airy common areas. The accessibility for seniors was commendable, with minimal steps and ample seating available to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
